Heather Norris, MA, Dip Ed

Since Jan 2005, Heather has been Director of Projecting Change which provides training, consultancy and communications services. Areas of expertise include project design & management, consultation, analysis, report writing (including Easy Read formats), and training & events management.

She previously ran an inter-sectoral practice development programme for the Scottish children’s agency, Children in Scotland for 5 years. Prior to that Heather worked in Petroleum Development Oman (Shell) for 5 years, leading the corporate language training section. She has held teaching posts in Ireland, Oman and the Pacific.

Recent consultancy contracts have all involved information gathering, analysis, presentation of findings, and preparation of concise reports in a range of Plain English and Easy Read formats.
